Beat the other buyers to the homes you want.
Would you like a search designed with your specifications and be notified by e-mail automatically by the MLS system? Would you like to be able to change your mind, change your search or cancel at any time? Do you want the homes to come straight to you as soon as they come on the market?

You can view hundreds of homes and end up looking at dozens that don't meet your needs at all. With the Smart Buyer Program, you can request only the homes that fit your criteria. This program will also save you time. How? You can sort the homes you receive in these categories: Favorites, Possibilities and Rejects. Those homes that you never want to look at again can be placed in the Reject folder. Also, the Smart Buyer Program lets you know when one of these homes is no longer available.
